The Airport Hotel Basel is a unique design property in an ideal location, 7 minutes away from the city centre of Basel and 3 minutes from the Euro Airport. Like a chameleon, the hotel changes its outside colour from gold during the week, signifying its business spirit, to red at the weekend, when it suits the Grand Casino Basel.

Our hotel provides soundproof rooms for a pleasant stay. All rooms feature shower, hairdryer, air condition, safe, TV set, pay TV, phone, internet access and work area with desk. Rooms adaptable to the needs of guests with disabilities as well as non-smoking rooms are available on request. Free parking is offered, too.

In the morning we welcome you with a copious breakfast buffet. Our bar is the perfect place to unwind in the evening. Let us spoil you in our 2 restaurants, the Brasserie and the gastronomic pearl Chez Georges, offering you a wonderful view of the gambling tables in our casino.

Separate Business Center with internet connection available for free use during day /evening. Very friendly personnel. Free parking. Rooms relatively hot. It takes a while till the air conditioning ebcomes effective.

Room very comfortable generally. Excellent TV. No facilities for tea or coffee. (Sorry, we are English and look for this) Express breakfast very limited, no comfortable seating. Charged 20chf(£13) for adapter until we protested, we had assumed this was a provided service

well appointed rooms The basic of a room is - could you get a good nights sleep. Answer: No - The air conditioning was oppressively hot throughout the night making duvet useless and pillow too hot. The manual controls in the room did not appear to have the capacity to cool.

We use the parking place all the time , but the hotel does not have any control of the places and those are used for casino`s visitors. That caused us a lot of inconvenience. We are hotel`s guests and we did not have parking place. I did not find this faire.

close to airport, nice and fresh restaurant (brasserie) is across at the casiono, service not meeting hotel's standard by far

Awesome. A bargain! Ideal to get to from the Airport or the train station for travelers who use Basel's airport as a hub by train.
