      Fair price and location. Very nicely decorated and modern.

      Elevator was pretty old and small. Only room for two person with small luggage. Shower head was filthy but cleanable.

      I selected this hotel for only one night to be near the Franca train station. Location was perfect. The room was small, but as a solo traveller, this was OK. Clean room. Very nice bathroom. It is located near a very interesting area full of restaurants and bars. And an easy walk to the busier and famous areas of the city.

      Did not stay long enough to find anything wrong.
