Staff very helpful and breakfast was amazing. Dissapointing that as a guest you still had to pay €14 for the spa, cery good though.

The hotel is conveniently located for those who like to live outside the main tourist area but who would like to have a short walk in each day. It is close to the beach and has several small shops and a large supermarket near. It cost 7 Euro to travel by taxi from Gracia / Catalunya. The Metro connection is excellent- a train every 5 minutes along Red Line 1. Very poor sound proffing in rooms. You can hear conversations and even people bathing. The hotel makes a big issue of no under 16's in the Wellness area however this is not adhered to and consequently saunas and steamrooms were often too cold.

The hotel itself was fine, but when I needed a taxi urgently on the morning I left and the taxi never showed up, the staff was not able to come up with an alternative solution. I ended up dragging a heavy suitcase to the metro station (about 800 meters) and then another 1 km or so to get to where I needed to be.
