The hotel was in an excellent location to explore Bamberg. The rooms were modern and to a high standard. All the staff were helpful and friendly.All spoke english.
No tea making facilities in the rooms. Bar didn't open until 06.00pm and the service on some nights was slow as it was staffed by the receptionist.
