There is only ONE (1) person who handles all the massage and cosmetic duties, and she was on vacation when we were there! We made these reservations 4 months ago, largely on the description of the 'wellness therapists' and all the pampering they provide and we were extremely disappointed that that the manager didn't bother to tell us that she would be away. This part of the description is deceptive and if you are going for these services, you should be aware that that they might not be available. Even if she is there, I imagine it would be hard for her to handle more than a few clients per day.
