The convenient location provides good transport connections to the Netherlands and the park areas of the Münsterland with its castles and palaces, offering various options for excursions. The country side is especially suitable for bicycle tours in the surrounding area. All guest rooms in the categories “Klassik” and “Romantik” are arranged in the colonial style, with teak furniture, TV, telephone, some also with bath tub, further with shower, WC, and hair dryer. The rooms are easily accessible via elevator. For special occasions we recommend our suite with canopy bed. Almost the entire rooms offer a view of the Bentheimer Forest; some with balcony. Furthermore, the hotel provides a cosy bistro and a beautiful garden terrace to relax and linger. |
Great hotel, lovely building, quiet at night and very clean, I don't speak German and the staff were very helpful, especially in the restaraunt where the young lady did not speak much English but made a big effort to help me with the menu.
