Overall very nice hotel. Very friendly staff, evening buffet and breakfast accordiung to the standard
 The room was not well prepared. One bed was not fresh; still the bed coverings from the former guest was on it (very bad!!!). Napkins for glases and minibar were alsio used and blotchy. |

I still remember the quality of the services! I am impressed for the ratio between price and offers. I certaninly will keep booking my Hotels through Hotel.de. It's a great value and saves a lot of time in useless searches.
Five stars to Hotel.de!!!

You fitness excercise cycle and running meter are ok.
Some minor issue:
The one and only sport/fitness equipment need some maintenance. I've tried to use that during this winter during all my stays and all the time that equipment has not been working fine. |

The Hotel presents very good rooms and facilities. The interior has a higher level than ordinary Novotel's. Excelent choice with very good prices (available on hotel.de). 10min walk from the center of Augsburg.
The only negative point regarding the hotel is linked with some difficulty off the staff on giving extra informations (like train schedules), although I have to say they were available to help lookink for the information.
The access, on foot, to who arrives by train is not very easy, allthough in the map it looks very close from the train station. Very positive avaliation none the less. |

| Sauna/fitness center cabinets of locker room are very very limited. Recommend to inform visitors about the situation prior to their first sauna/fitness center visit.
Visitors are recommeded to visit the sauna in adequate bath robe, so they can scip a visit in the locker room |
