      Newly furnished rooms were very stylish and clean. They had a flat screen tv in my room. The staff was pleasant. Nice restaurant right next door (Madison Grill).

      The outside of the hotel didn't look very nice, but inside was gorgeous. They had a leak in my room after the first night and had to switch me to another room. However, they offered to move my belongings for me, they were very apologetic and they gave me a small bottle of champagne and chocolate candies for my trouble.

      This hotel was very clean and quiet. I would definitely go again and would reccomend this to anyone.

      staff was very friendly and helpful!

      Room service is provided by a fast-food type restaurant next door. Very bad quality. Dinner comes in a plastic bag with plastic 'silverware'. Breakfast itself is pretty good, but again only plasticware, and the room is horribly decorated. Hotel does not look inviting (exterior, entrance, lobby)
