The room was nice and clean.
The hotel was under re-construction. There was no souvenir shop or anything else where I could buy a bottle of water. I had to go a couple of miles with a hotel shuttle to some small store.
There was no bellboy in the hotel. I had to move all my luggage (a lot of pieces) myself.
When booking the room via hotel.info I asked for a baby cod to be in the room. When we arrived it was not there. I had to ask for it again at the reception.
The staff at the reception was not very friendly. I had a feeling I was bothering them.
The taxi driver took us from the airport to the wrong hotel - instead of Holiday Inn Express he drove us to Holiday Inn Select. This is not a problem of the hotel itself, I understand. Just be sure that the taxi takes you to the correct hotel.){kind=link}
