30 charming rooms are split between the original Manor House/ the Garden
wing and the Coach House/ which is separate to the main building. All
rooms have been designed in keeping with the original house with all the
modern facilities that you would expect of a top 4 star hotel. The Deluxe
rooms feature luxury amenities such as flat screen TVs in the bedroom and
bathroom and Jacuzzi baths. Many rooms have stunning views over the Eden
Valley.
The award-winning Oak Restaurant and Conservatory serves superb food and
is the perfect place from which to appreciate the setting of the hotel
overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens/ Appleby Castle and Eden
Valley towards the peaks of the Lake District. A fine selection of wines
and whiskies offer the perfect accompaniment to the menu of traditional English cuisine with a modern twist. After a delicious meal guests are
invited to relax in the lounge with its ornate coving and ceiling rose/
luxurious bespoke sofas and real log fire.
A small indoor leisure club/ the Appleby Oasis/ is available for guests of
the hotel. Unwind while you chat to friends in the Jacuzzi/ take a swim in
the plunge pool/ enjoy the sauna and Turkish steam room or top up your tan
in the vertical solarium. A games room includes a pool table and a full
size table tennis table.
There are two main meeting rooms available for conferences or small
meetings for up to 35 delegates.
