The description says that rooms may have baths -not just showers-, we asked for them in our booking, but our room just have a shower. A bit small room, but ok in general terms.

Very good and quite hotel in the very center of Annecy. Perfect for short stays. We had a family room for four pax, which was very comfortable to spend a night in. The hotel is simple but very cozy and nice. The free parking is provided right around the corner (2 minutes walk). The town of Annecy itself is incredible - like you are in a fairy-tale in a magic village. I will definitely come back there someday and I believe I will stay in Du Nord as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget stay in Annecy or on your way to French ski resorts, like we used it.
