We got to the hotel and the friendly staff showed us to the 'King Ludwig Suite', the nicest room in the hotel! We checked with them to see if it was an error, but they confirmed that because we had booked through hotel.de we got the best room available. Wow, thank you hotel.de and Hotel garni zur Post! Fantastic breakfast buffet and great location to walk up to Kloster Andechs too.

Fantastic location to Andechs brewery (10 min walk). Hotel very nice in appearance (large, comforatble, neat/clean rooms/bath), staff very helpful and freindly. Huge breakfast selection and delicious food.

A beautifully refurbished Bavarian travelling lodge of the past century, furnished with the best of taste and conducted better than the highest expectations in such a small village. The atmosphere created by the careful restoration, the tasteful furnishing, the marvellous breakfast and the kindness of staff create a real fairy tale in this Bavarian village Nothing negative really, all great.
