Thomas the manager took care of my concerns after the hotel clerk at the desk seemed to ineffective and unable to assist. The concessionaier did an outstanding job in helping me and assisting me. Very impressive

Clerks at check in desk. Customer service skills were very poor. I was not impressed at all. Seemed to have a lazy kind of attitude like I am just here. |

A very pleasent experience to stay in this hotel in a very nice room and with splendid breakfast.

Concerning the internet page hotels.com: obviously the room type it is not forwarded correctly to the hotel as I reserved for the second time a double room but received a single room. When complaining at the reception I was informed that hotels.com just passes the number of guests to the hotel but not the type of room reserved... Room for improvement! |

Free internet connection available!

In spite of having reserved a double room I got a single room at first. The bath mat was rather dirty. Service in general was much better when I stayed in the hotel for the first time. |

wirklich ideale Lage
schöne angenehme Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten

unbequemes Badezimmer - obwohl sehr ansprechend und schön - aber nicht wirklich funktionsgerecht
Frühstücksangebot ist leider sehr "ärmlich" und für die Leistung absolut zu teuer - auch im Hinblick auf den Zimmerpreis der in dieser Lage und Ausstattung sehr gut ist.
Das Personal ist auch nicht sehr freundlich - |
