Our close to nature location already provides the program for our kitchen. We are trying to use regional foods and prepare them partly with traditional recipes and partly in a modern and light way. The seasons of nature determine the menu: in May it is enriched by asparagus, venison and strawberries; in summer by fish, salads and chanterelles; in autumn by boletus, rare tuber vegetables, venison and poultry. |
