Great location, spacious rooms (we got a bedroom, a living room and a balcony for standard room rate). It's the tallest building in Alicante so the higher the room the better the view. Is located right in the middle of Alicante across from the marina and stumbling distance from the nightlife and shopping areas. Also due to the aforementioned night life district, we couldn't check out until about 13:30. Not only did they not mind at all, but nobody came knocking on our door at any point (nothing worse that the cleaning lady bugging you).

Looks a little old inside, like its been a while since it's been renovated, but nothing too bad.
