Staff, incuding restaurant staff, is very friendly, but breakfast staff, while also friendly, was highly incompetent.
The buffet breakfast turnedout to be rather unpleasant: Extremely slow service of simple extras (available but not from the buffet), a number of standard buffet features were empty and refilling too ages, even salt & pepper had to be obtained from the buffet.
