The complex consists of a brewery, a restaurant, a hotel and a private distillery. The hotel dates back to the year 1747 and has been run by the Wirth Family for 8 generations. Our house belongs to the Flair Hotel Group and to the Association of Private Brewery-Inns and offers carefully furnished rooms, designed for well-being and recreation in a calm, rural environment. We serve plain fare and Franconian dishes combined with local specialities and seasonal delicacies such as asparagus, mushrooms, venison and sweet chestnuts.
