 We said in the questiosn above that the room was badly sound proofed. This was due to a window that could not be sealed. We had one night with little sleep because of very loud street noise. When we asked this to be rectified in the morning, one effort was not effective, but the staff then immediately offered us a different room which was completely satisfactory. Thanks to Mathias at reception.
 We did not know 12 June was a public holiday. It would be helpful if the hotel had put up a sign for us ignorant foreign tourists so we wouldn't have been so surprised when we got up on a Friday morning and found everything closed! |

I found it a good hotel to stay, not a good breakfast though. The romm I stayed was noisy.

The hotel room looked out over the whole city. I am sure to stay here again next time.
