 People are very friendly and supportive. We were assigned a much better and higher ranked accommodation as planned due to he fact that internet access at the scheduled room was not available.
 Would still like to have internet access at the room instead of wireless at the lobby. |

Nice hotel at the heart of old town. Staff is kind and willing to help. Good support in terms of parking lot etc. Very early check.in (9 o'clock) when arriving from USA was possible.
Internet access restricted to certain lcations and rooms. This was not clear at the time of booking.
Breakfast buffet is not according to 4 stars as to my perceiption. |

The location is ideal for old and new areas of the city. Staff were friendly, spoke good English and were helpful when we arrived very late.
10 Euro per night for parking and Breakfast and make the stay quite expensive. No air con in the rooms is a problem as opening the windows allows in street noise. |

Very well located hotel. Everything perfect, except for the noise coming from the street (see below).
Even when the window was closed, the noise from the street entered the room. Since the whether was partially hot and humid, and the room rather small, one had to open the window during the night. Thus the noise was very loud in fact. Groups of young people, and passing cars made the noise. However, one can survive it, given all the other positive aspects of the hotel. |

Lovely airy room-Best breakfast we have ever had in Europe. This is an outstanding property.
There was a great deal of noise due to the soccer
play-offs. |

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and clean hotel, lovely rooms and very central for shops and the Christmas market. There was even a large plate of the local Aachen gingerbread on the reception which we were encouraged to have lots of and enjoy! Very nice. Cant wait to return.
It says on the website that there is carparking but it doesnt make clear it is only for a limited number of cars. There wasn't any space for us and we had to pay a lot to park for 24 hours in a public car park away from the hotel which was not convenient. |
