The four-star Art Hotel Superior is located in Burtscheid, a district in the South of Aachen. It is a contemporary and spacious building in hillside situation with green surroundings. The city centre of Aachen is only a 5-minutes-drive away.

The rooms and apartments consist of 1 to 3 rooms and come with laminate flooring. All of them have a balcony or a sun terrace and provide phone, radio, flat screen TV, fax and internet connection. Most of the rooms have a kitchenette with fridge, freezer and sink. Our hotel also offers room service. The large bathrooms are equipped with hair-dryer, make-up mirror and spacious shelves.

Our conference rooms include flip chart, screen, overhead projector, pin board and a beamer.

Furthermore, the hotel provides excellent transport connections to all important motorways and to the means of public transportation.

Staff at reception is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious but pictures on the hotel website only show the biggest suites, which is (probably) not the room you will get. Food quality is good for dinner, mediocre for breakfast.

Underground parking - costs extra. Use of wellness centre - costs extra. Bathrobe - costs extra. Restaurant service at dinner time leaves to be desired (dessert failed to arrive after 20 minutes and three reassurances that it would). Breakfast at 15 euro pp is much too expensive. Strange smells in elevator and corridor to underground parking.

nice surprise! great rooms one mightnot expect from looking at the building lack of internet access in the rooms, either via . wi-fi or LAN cable. It was not even possible to connect to internet by dial up through the phone line as the phone line was not feasable to modem.
