Relais Parco Fiorito is situated around a renovated 16th Century Convent and it enjoys a superb view of the Tuscan hill town of Cortona. In the three main farm structures there are some independent apartments beautifully renovated in wood and terracotta. This gives the accommodations a traditional and authentic air while at the same time not renouncing the more modern conveniences. The reception area used to be the old stable of the Convent- large and spacious where guests can read books/ relax/ have a cup of tea in front of the fire place enchanted by the walls made in white stone and live the atmosphere of the Florentine furniture with new technology such as Wi-fi connected everywhere. Internet point is available for all guests. On the first floor there is a very spacious living room with another large fireplace from XVI Century where breakfast and meals can be served on a long wrought iron table covered by glass. Guests can enjoy a half-day/ hands-on cooking lesson with Roberto and Claudia for an introduction to authentic Tuscan recipes. Discover step-by-step how to make a complete Italian delicious meal from appetizers to desserts including the art of making pasta fresca. Learn to create pasta like pici in this fun hands-on pasta-making adventure. After preparing your pasta we will use it with special delectable sauces such as fresh basil pesto/ Carbonara/ green vegetable/ and sweet onion ragout plus a wide array of other sauces.
