This small, romantic Hotel Aureus Clavis, housed in a classic Gothic building, stands in one of the most famous streets in the heart of Malá Strana, the historic Prague neighbourhood which has been named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The hotel’s newly refurbished rooms, spread over 3 floors and an attic, are cosy and comfortable, and blend the classic with the contemporary. Aureus Clavis contains 27 rooms in all. Among the amenities available in each room are free wireless internet connection and satellite TV. Every room comes with its own bathroom, which is equipped with a shower or a bathtub.

Restoration of the building, which took place recently, has preserved the spirit and design of the original architects. There is a stylish lounge bar and a good restaurant. But there is, above all, the assurance of attentive service and an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness.
