    The Skerries seafood restaurant offers diners a superb selection of dishes, moslty harvested from the rich tidal waters around Orkney and Shetland. Our award winning chef uses the freshest ingredients to create an innovative menu, with food that simply bursts with style and flavour. This elegant restaurant makes much of its handsome features combined with an evocative and genuine Orcadian atmosphere. It is open to guests and non-residents although the emphasis is on seafood we serve a rich variety of other dishes, including prime Orkney beef and lamb and vegeterian meals.

    The bar brings the spirit of Orkney into the heart of Edinburgh. The contemporary decor, crafted from stone and wood, has a very natural feel enhanced by the antique photographic prints of Orcadian life displayed around the bar. During the summer months benches and seats exend the bar out into our pleasant mature garden. For a true Orcadian experience why not relax in front of an open fire and sample one of the island's distincitive malts? The bar is open to guets and non-residents daily from 1100 to 2300.
