Hotel La Residenza enjoys a very quiet location far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to all major sights of Milan. It is situated in Milan North in the Affori district, approximately 20 minutes from the cathedral which is easily reachable by public transport.

The rooms of this elegant Milanese hotel are very comfortable, tastefully and simply furnished. They offer a refined combination of classic and modern style, parquet floors and a beautiful view to the garden or the municipal park. A lift enables easy access to the upper floors. The Sunflower restaurant is a very romantic and elegant place where our guests can try typical Italian cuisine and wines. A wide choice of sausages and cheese, home-made pasta and cakes and further fresh and genuine delicacies are offered here. The hotel restaurant has 80 to 90 seats and is ideal for ceremonies, banquets and festivities. On request, the meals can be served in the rooms.
