The decoration is sophisticated and functional, yet warm and cosy, with much devotion to detail. When furnishing the apartments, a special focus was put on easy transformation, so that bedrooms can be turned into living rooms, dining rooms or offices with few and simple turns. All rooms provide a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer. They furthermore feature TV, radio, telephone, bell and intercommunication system, safe, mini-bar as well as bathtub or shower.
