New at TravelRes: customers can evaluate hotels
London, 6th February 2007 — TravelRes, the free of charge online hotel reservation service powered by German-based hotel.de has introduced another service: With immediate effect another important criteria for selecting a hotel is available to the booking customer at travelres.com. Next to the established search criteria customers can now also sort hotel results by other hotel guest´s experiences and thus find and book a suitable hotel even faster.
The basis are hotel valuations rated from 1 to 5 covering different criteria such as room quality, room noise, cleanliness, friendliness and capability of staff, price-performance ratio etc. submitted by earlier hotel.de booking customers directly after departure. Customer can also comment on the quality of the hotel´s presentation and information on www.travelres.com.
Against its’ direct competition TravelRes is the first hotel reservation service allowing its customers to comment individually in free text. These comments will often include a precious piece of information for the booking customer if a certain detail cannot be expressed by a standard evaluation criteria.
At travelres.com the link to the hotel valuation site can be found via the menu item customer data - my reservations. Additionally the traveller receives a request for his valuation by e-mail after departure from the hotel: Abuse of the system is impossible at travelres.com as only customers can evaluate the hotels in which they have actually stayed.
