Ad hoc release: hotel.de AG receives extraordinary income
Nuremberg, 14 October 2011 – The Supervisory and Management Boards of hotel.de AG hereby inform that hotel.de AG received a payment of EUR 1 million on 4 October 2011 from a former interested party for the takeover of the company. This has resulted in extraordinary income at the company.
