* hotel.info currently has more than a million hotel evaluations. Guests who have stayed in a hotel evaluate the hotel after their departure on the basis of a points system (0 to 10). Apart from criteria such as the quality of the room and friendliness of the staff they can also evaluate the value for money received. This has a special value as stated by Timo Vavrinec, Director of Communications at hotel.info: „The guest evaluations, along with location, numbers of stars, hotel description and the overall impression of the hotel, are of great value to our customers in making their choice of hotel easier. Therefore the question as to how the guest evaluates the value for money received is of critical importance in the overall evaluation.“
