United Kingdom/Europe: Hotels with the best evaluations during 2010 - hotel.info recognises achievement. Hotels managed by the owner benefit the most.
London, 11th October 2010 – Hotels which were booked through hotel.info and which made an especially good impression are now to be appropriately honoured: hotel.info, the free online hotel reservation service with more than 210,000 hotels, is recognising their hotel partners that provided exceptional service with the award „Top Rated Hotel 2010“.
To determine these awards the following criteria was applied: firstly all hotels listed with hotel.info had their overall evaluation score checked. An overall score of at least 7.5 (possible top score - 10) was necessary in order for the hotel to be considered for recognition with the award.
Hotels in all categories were evaluated based on their above-average guest evaluations, regardless of the number of their stars.
Warini Munshi, Managing Director at hotel.info, emphasised the relevance of the award for the hotel industry: "Guest evaluations play a decisive role along with the location of the hotel.
