hotel.info, one of the world’s leading online hotel reservations services has appointed Cow to handle its consumer and corporate PR following a competitive pitch process.
The £30k brief will support a marketing plan that aims to develop growth of the German-owned hotel.info brand in the UK leisure and corporate travel market. Offering 210,000 hotels at the lowest available prices, promotions and a no cancellation fee policy, hotel.info has just completed a revamp of it’s website as part of its plans for growth in 2012.
The website has been completely re-worked and apart from a new, innovative design, it also offers a quicker and more user-friendly system for hotel reservations.
Advanced searches can be set up according to price, number of stars or special facilities, while all relevant hotel information is now presented more clearly. The booking process has been simplified, not only to be more compatible with the needs of its users, but also to inspire – the introduction of picture shows and favourites’ lists means that the booking experience is heightened and decisions, more informed.
Led by Cow Director Mark Perkins, the hotel.info account will span proactive and reactive press office activity, as well as support the social media presence of the six-year-old brand.
