Dr. Heinz Raufer, born in 1964, is a founding shareholder of hotel.de. As Chairman of the Managing Board he is in charge of Finance and IT. Heinz Raufer has long-standing experience in software development and online services. In 1995, he founded and managed „Axis information systems GmbH“. This internet systems house was renamed „AtradaTrading Network AG“ in 1998 and taken over by „T-Online International AG“ three years later. Apart from his work as CEO, Dr. Raufer is a member of „Verband Deutsches Reisemanagement (VDR)“ and active in many working groups. His expertise is also much sought after by business start-up initiatives.
Thus he has been supporting the Business Plan competition of the Netzwerk-Nordbayern by his voluntary activity as juror for ten years now.
Ralf Ahamer, born in 1973, has been the Board member of hotel.de AG since May 2011 having the responsibility for marketing and product management. The qualified Diplom-Betriebswirt (business management graduate) has already worked in many responsible positions such as Head of Online Marketing at AOL Germany and most recently as Chief Marketing Officer at XING AG. In the time from openBC to XING he was responsible, among other areas, for marketing, customer care, community management and product management. Furthermore, Ralf Ahamer also built up the advertising sales division and played a key role in developing the business model for the jobs marketplace. He launched successful campaigns and cooperations in Germany and abroad, building scalable structures for XING’s international growth.
Ralf Ahamer has a wide-ranging and considerable expertise in the realms of marketing and product management, complemented by his high level of affinity with IT and extensive technical know-how.
Ralf Priemer, born in 1969, became Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of hotel.de AG in December 2012, heading up the "Hotel Contracting & Relations" and "Human Resources" departments. Priemer, a qualified business and industrial engineer, has sixteen years of international experience in the fields of e-commerce, sales and marketing, as well as six years of experience in the field of mobile commerce. After stints working at Lintas advertising agency and the telecommunication firms Talkline and E-Plus, Priemer worked at the former Bertelsmann subsidiary, arvato mobile (now Mondia Media), which distributes digital entertainment content such as music, videos, games and e-books. In his role as managing director and Chief Operating Officer at arvato mobile, Priemer was responsible for restructuring the company's Northern European business (from 2007 to 2012) and for pushing ahead with the development of their global business at nine locations worldwide. Priemer is also the founder of eBoost Group GmbH.
Tobias Ragge, born 1976, is to become the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of hotel.de. He has been the Managing Director of HRS - HOTEL RESERVATION SERVICE Robert Ragge GmbH since 2008 and is the second generation to lead the family company. Tobias Ragge joined HRS in 2004 as a management assistant and assumed the responsibility for marketing in 2005. Under his management, HRS took over Tiscover GmbH in 2008 and purchased a majority interest in hotel.de AG in 2011. Tobias Ragge studied international company management at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. After his successful graduation, the qualified business manager started his career with German Lufthansa AG, Europe's leading airline. He worked there in the areas of CRM and restructuring of continental traffic, as well as in the management of strategic alliances in Atlanta, USA.
Dr. Johannes Fuhr, born 1978, is to join the Supervisory Board of hotel.de. He has been a member of the managment team at HRS – HOTEL RESERVATION SERVICE Robert Ragge GmbH since 2012 and is responsible for global hotel acquisition. After completing his business management studies at the ESB Reutlingen and Portland State University (MBA), he graduated as a Volkswirt at the Technical University in Berlin. Dr. Fuhr has been at HRS since 2008. Before assuming his present post, he lead the department of strategy and company development of the hotel portal. In this role, along with roles in other jobs, he had the responsibility for the integration of Tiscover GmbH into the company group. From 2002 to 2008 he had several purchasing roles with Europe's leading airline, German Lufthansa AG.
Dr. Maximilian Dorndorf, born 1973, is to become a member of the Supervisory Board of hotel.de. He is a lawyer and, until 2005, worked in the Cologne practice of the international lawyers Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the area of IP/IT. Following that, he worked as a syndicate lawyer and Head of the Legal Department at the international logistics group, Fiege. He has subsequently headed his own practice, specialising in commercial legal protection and e-commerce. Since 2009 he has been a partner in the Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and advises not only medium sized companies but also those listed on the stock exchange. He advises in matters of commercial law, especially in connection with commercial legal protection, e-commerce (including payment modalities), IT, and outsourcing. He was previously a member of the Supervisory Board of tiscover AG, Innsbruck.
