An extremely peaceful location.I needed somewhere convenient for the ferry terminal at Dover and this was ideal.I will definitely keep the Holiday Inn in mind should circumstances require something similar in future.

If you are looking for accomodation in Canterbury itself,its a bit of a trek.

It was a one night stop over on our way to Holland for the Floriade. Although it never stopped raining and we saw nothing in Canterbury for sightseers, the hotel was a big plus and we will return. We found everyone friendly and helpful. We go to Belgium regularly to see family ao the hotel is a great break point coming from Somerset.

Incredibly cheap and very close to Canterbury.

Only accessible via freeway, which runs directly by the hotel. The noise is acceptable, though. If you put the above address into your GPS it will probably mislead you.

hotel was to a good standard. ok for short stay but lacked the personal atmosphere

food was acceptable but overpriced. hotel lacked the finishing touche.

Navštívili jsme už desítky hotelů v Evropě,téměř všechny objednáváme přes hotels.cz,ale poprvé jsme se setkali s tím,že nám stáhli platbu ihned po objednání.Mnoho hotelů to má psáno,ale platíme až v hotelu.Náhodou to vyšlo,ale co kdybych potřebovala objednávku zrušit např.kvůli nemoci. Jak by se to pak řešilo? Pokazilo to náš celkový dojem a to i proto,že jsme necestovali sami ale platba za pokoje byla stažena z naší karty.Musíme to teď doůčtovávat. Zátopková

Personal reagierte sehr freundlich auf unseren Wunsch ein Zimmer zu bekommen, was nicht zur Schnellstraße rausgeht. Wunsch wurde dann umgehend erledigt. Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und zweckmäßig.

Direkt an der Schnellstraße gelegen. Je nach Zimmerausrichtung ist die Straße gut hörbar.

Direkt an der Autobahn und wirklich kein besonders freundliches Personal. Angesprochen auf die schlechte Ausschilderung gab es keine Antwort! Das Frühstück - uiuiui In der Beschreibung steht "im Grünen, nahe der A2". Tatsächlich ist das Hotel AUF der A2.

schönes Frühstück

Da dies ein Autobahn-Hotel ist, muss das Zimmerfenster geschlossen bleiben, um halbwegs Ruhe zu haben. Insgesamt haben wir in GB in ca. 10 Holiday Inn Express Hotels übernachtet; dies war das Schlechteste.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen als Zwischenstop auf dem Weg zur oder von der Fähre Dover-Calais; positiv in der Zimmerausstattung: gut durchdachtes Bad mit nützlichen Extras, z.B. Einmalwaschlappen, gut ausgeleuchteter großer Spiegel

Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für die Doppelbetten zwei getrennte Bettdecken anbieten - wichtig für weniger Stress und erholsameren Schlaf; die recht große Entfernung zum absolut sehenswerten Städtchen Canterbury macht immer die Benutzung des PKWs erforderlich
