 The general facilities (common areas) are very nice and well maintained as is the private beach area.
|
 The upholstery in the rooms are worn and dated and need to be replaced, as well as the heavy traffic areas of carpeting.
Hot water runs brown in colour for the first minute indicating lack of boiler maintenance and system flushing.
The Tivoli Palace in Sintra which we stayed at is much superior.

Particularly good at a very quiet period, december, pre Xmas rush.

| Avoid bar Tuesdays unless you have a strange obsession with 1950's/ and appalling 1960's music Not all we oldies live in the past... and some of us loathed elvis etc even then!(however well performed,which admittedly it was, it was unbearably loud too...) |
